  • SME

    Are there requirements to be met?

    In general: We thoroughly check all registrations and get in touch with you re your approval. How much we would love to help all SME, there are a few minimum requirements.


    – Your company must be registered in the commercial register in Switzerland and/or Germany

    – Your company must be operational since at least one full year and must be able to provide the related financial information

    – Your company must have a minimum yearly turnover of CHF/EUR 100’000.00

    – Your company is issuing an invoice to another company


    – Minimum amount CHF/EUR 1’000.00

    – Invoices must not be overdue or disputed

    For invoices being sold via our platform, the debtor may have to confirm the existence, receipt and satisfaction of the goods, as well as the receipt of the invoice and may need to confirm the payment to Advanon’s bank account. We will never contact your customer without your upfront consent.

    Advanon credit checks the company after signing-up and in case of a negative result, Advanon retains the right to not allow the company on the platform. The credit check is for free and doesn’t affect your credit rating.

    How can I identify myself on the platform?

    First of all: We make this process as smooth for you as possible. That’s why we work with our certified partner IDNow. They are experts in video verification. It takes about five minutes and you will be guided through it step by step. All you need to provide during the process is a signature, as well as a copy of a valid identification card or a valid passport. Please have your cellphone at hand or make sure your computer has a working inbuilt camera.

    Who has to identify oneself?

    The person with signatory rights has to identify oneself on the platform for legal reasons. This is not immediately necessary when signing up, but has to be done before any financing of your company can be executed.

    Please note that the verification process currently only supports ID cards or passports from the European Union, Turkey, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and USA.
    If a person without signatory rights signs up, they must provide a power of attorney, signed by the persons with signatory rights. You can use our e-signature tool on the platform for this.

    What are the costs?

    Advanon is a marketplace and costs are therefore regulated by the market. Based on the risk, the costs range between 0.5% and 5%.

    There are no hidden costs and you only pay when you receive financing.

    The costs are incurred per financing offer and are determined by you. Advanon suggests a range within which you can define the price of your offer.
